Hotel Pragati Palace - Mathura

I recently stayed at a hotel in Mathura and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money it offered. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of service provided. The staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail evident in the overall presentation. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered rooms with two beds, as this was a requirement for my stay.

My experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any faults.

The hotel was great for a short trip. The staff were very kind and helpful, assisting me in arriving at the hotel and quickly facilitating my needs. The location was perfect for me, it was a short walk to the attraction I wanted to visit. The hotel room was really clean, the bed was comfortable and they provided basic toiletries.

The hotel is located quite far from the main city, making it inconvenient for those interested in local sightseeing. the rooms and bathrooms are noisy and poorly maintained, with dusty and dirty bath door mats. Though the staff is friendly and helpful, they are not able to fix all issues, such as short circuits. One positive aspect, however, is that the staff is welcoming and accommodating, facilitating guests' needs and requests, such as providing alternative rooms for those with bed bugs.

The hotel's breakfast, WiFi, and travel desk services are below average, and there are limited food options nearby.

The hotel offered filtered water and provided extra blankets upon request, which was great during the chilly nights of our New Year's stay. The bed was quite comfortable, and we appreciated having real bed blankets. the hotel's location was convenient for us, as it was only a 20-30 minute walk to one of the main temple complexes.
